How much is shipping?

What are the shipping costs within the UK?
We offer flat-rate shipping within the UK:

  • 48hr Tracked: £3.50
  • 24hr Tracked: £4.50

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently closed. We’ll share updates as soon as it becomes available again!

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll keep you updated at every stage, from the moment you place your order through to dispatch and delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking reference, allowing you to follow its progress online.

I placed my order a while ago, but it hasn't shipped yet. Why?

Once you place an order, please note there’s an additional processing time regardless of the shipping option chosen. We do our best to indicate current processing times on our homepage, but they may vary depending on order volume.

If your order includes a subscription or pre-order item, all items will ship together once everything is ready. If you’d like part of your order to ship sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.

It is your responsibility as the buyer if the item is unwanted to return the item, meaning you must post it back to us at your expense and ensure it reaches us before a refund can be processed. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Subscriptions

Customers can cancel anytime - so if you want to subscribe for only one quarter, or longer, it is up to you.  Customers are able to update their account details, and cancel anytime through their account profile. If they have not created one they will need to create one using the same email they used to check out.  

Subscriptions cancelled are immediate - but must be cancelled the day before payments are scheduled to be debited.  

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a service you are unsatisfied with, and obtain a refund, within 14 days from the day on which the contract was entered into (when the initial purchase was made).  All other subscription payments after this time are non-refundable.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@sutekistickers.com with the details. We’ll do our best to respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Subscriptions

I have been charged but meant to cancel.

Subscriptions cancelled are immediate - but must be cancelled the day before payments are scheduled to be debited.  

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a service you are unsatisfied with, and obtain a refund, within 14 days from the day on which the contract was entered into (when the initial purchase was made).  All other subscription payments after this time are non-refundable.

For those who have a monthly subscription, all debited payments fall outside of the 14 day period, and as a result are non-refundable.  We take no responsibility for not cancelling, requesting, or negligence in the management of your subscription and it is you the users responsibility to cancel or amend your payment subscription in a timely manner.  You can cancel or amend your subscription at any time by creating an account and amending your subscription online.

When will I be charged for my next subscription?

Your first subscription payment will be charged on the day you sign up. After that, each payment will occur on the last day of the month, as shown in the graphic below. If the last day falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the charge may be slightly adjusted.

To check your exact billing date, simply log into your account and view your active subscriptions.

 

Can I add other items to my subscription order?

Yes, you can! However, please note that we will only ship your order once all items are in stock. If your subscription items are not ready yet, the entire order will wait until everything is ready to ship.

If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

We're also working on a feature that will allow you to add items to your recurring subscription, which will help you save on shipping. We’ll announce when this becomes available!

Pre-Orders

When will I be charged for my Pre-order?

At the point of purchse we will take payment in full. 

Can I cancel my pre-order?

When placing a pre-order you are agreeing that once the pre-order deadline has passed you are no longer able to cancel due to us placing the order on your behalf. If you wish to cancel while pre-orders are open, please email us at hello@sutekistickers.com and we will be able to cancel it for you.

When will my pre-order ship?

We will always give an estimate on delivery / Shipping but we will always ship earlier if we are able to!
