1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Suteki Stickers website or purchase products, subscriptions, event tickets or other items from Suteki Stickers.
Please read these Terms alongside any information provided on the relevant product page and the policies linked below.
By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and policies that apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Suteki Stickers online store is hosted using Shopify.

3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted for fulfilment.
I will normally fulfil orders as placed, but there may occasionally be circumstances where an order or part of an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled. These could include:
- A product unexpectedly becoming unavailable
- An obvious pricing or listing error
- A payment problem
- A purchase exceeding a stated quantity limit
- An inability to fulfil a custom request
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- Another genuine reason that prevents the order from being fulfilled
If I cannot fulfil all or part of your order, I will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for anything that cannot be supplied.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but a later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine mistake, I reserve the right not to fulfil the affected item. If payment has already been taken, I will contact you and refund the affected amount.
5. Discount Codes & Promotions
Any discount code or promotion is subject to the conditions stated when it is offered.
Discount codes must be entered and successfully applied before completing checkout.
I cannot retrospectively apply a discount code to an order after it has been placed.
Some discounts may be restricted to particular products, customers, order values or periods of time.
Discounts can only be combined where the website specifically allows them to be combined.
Discount codes and promotions may be withdrawn, changed or ended for future purchases. This will not alter a discount that has already been validly applied to a completed order.
Where a refund is due for an item purchased using a discount, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid for that item.
6. Purchase Limits
Most Suteki Stickers products do not have purchase limits.
Occasionally, I may place a limit on the number of a particular product that each customer can purchase, particularly where stock is very limited and I want to give more customers a fair opportunity to purchase it.
Any applicable limit will normally be stated on the product listing or otherwise made clear when purchasing.
If an order exceeds a stated purchase limit, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the quantity purchased above that limit.
7. Product Information
I take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website are accurate.
Colours can appear differently depending on screens, devices and display settings, so exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed.
Products may also have minor variations where this is normal for the product or manufacturing method.
If a listing contains a genuine mistake, I will correct it as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.
8. Stock Availability
Products shown as in stock are normally available at the time the website is updated, but stock errors can occasionally happen.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order and I cannot fulfil it, I will contact you and refund the affected item.
9. Changes to an Order
If you need to add, remove or change an item or correct information after placing an order, please email hello@sutekistickers.com as soon as possible.
I am generally happy to make reasonable changes before an order has been packed or dispatched, where possible and where the requested products remain available.
However, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Suteki Stickers is a one-person business and emails are not monitored continuously. Your order may therefore be packed or dispatched before I see your message.
Similarly, an item that was available when you sent your request may sell out before I am able to action it.
Please do not assume a requested change has been made until I have confirmed it.
10. Separate Orders & Order Merging
Separate completed orders are not merged.
This helps keep fulfilment, postage and tracking information accurate for each individual order.
If you have forgotten an item, you can place a separate order or contact me to ask whether it can be added to an existing order before packing.
I will do my best to help where practical, but additions cannot be guaranteed.
11. Pre-orders
A pre-order is an order for a product that has not yet arrived with me.
Any arrival, processing or dispatch timeframe given for a pre-order is an estimate based on the information available from my supplier, rather than a guaranteed date.
Pre-orders may be affected by manufacturing delays, supplier delays, shipping, customs or other circumstances.
If there is a significant delay or change, I will provide an update. Depending on the number of customers affected, this may be communicated by email, through the website and/or through Suteki Stickers social media.
If a supplier confirms that a pre-ordered product can no longer be supplied, the affected product will be cancelled and refunded.
Where a suitable alternative is available, I may contact you to offer this as an option instead.

12. Orders Containing Pre-order & In-stock Products
If you place one order containing both pre-order and in-stock products, the order will normally be held until everything is ready and then dispatched together.
If a pre-order becomes significantly delayed, you can contact me to ask about having the available portion sent separately.
Where I am able to split the shipment at your request, you will normally need to pay the additional postage cost.
Depending on the circumstances, another option may be to cancel and refund the delayed pre-order item and allow the remainder of the order to proceed.
13. Shipping & Delivery
I currently ship within the UK.
Processing times, delivery services, postage charges, free-shipping eligibility, tracking, delayed or lost parcels, incorrect addresses and other delivery information are explained in the Shipping & Processing Policy.
Delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail or another carrier are delivery aims unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility I have to you under consumer law for the delivery of your order.
14. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Your cancellation and return rights depend on what you have purchased and the circumstances of the return.
Eligible online purchases normally benefit from statutory cancellation rights.
Some products and services are subject to legal exceptions, including certain personalised or made-to-specification products and leisure services provided on a specific date.

Nothing in these Terms or the Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
15. Subscriptions
Some products may be available on a recurring subscription basis.
The price, frequency, renewal arrangements and relevant fulfilment schedule will be shown before you subscribe.
Subscriptions renew according to the schedule applicable to that subscription unless they are paused, skipped or cancelled using the options available to you.
Where available, subscriptions can be managed through your customer account.
Changes need to be made before the relevant renewal has successfully processed if they are intended to affect that renewal.
Subscriptions are prepared separately from ordinary shop orders and are not merged with normal orders or pre-orders.
If the website or subscription-management system is temporarily unavailable and you need to make a time-sensitive change, please email hello@sutekistickers.com as soon as possible.
I will do my best to assist, although I cannot guarantee changes that I am technically unable to make before a renewal is processed.
16. Suteki Studio 3D Printed Products
Suteki Studio products are 3D printed and many are made to order.
They therefore have different production characteristics and processing times from ordinary in-stock stationery.
3D printing naturally produces characteristics such as visible layer lines, small surface marks and minor variations. These characteristics are not necessarily faults.
Some Studio products may also be offered in different colours, sizes or other options.
If you want a colour, material, size or other variation that is not listed on the product page, please contact me before ordering.
I need to check that the requested option is available, suitable for the product and likely to print successfully.
Unlisted custom requests are not guaranteed.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a Studio product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
More detailed Suteki Studio terms will apply where stated on the relevant Studio product listing.
17. Mystery Bags, B-grade & Imperfect Products
Mystery bags contain a random selection of products.
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, their exact contents cannot be selected or guaranteed and duplicates may be possible.
Receiving a design or duplicate that you would personally have preferred not to receive does not itself mean the product is faulty.
Products may also occasionally be sold as B-grade, seconds or imperfect products.
Where a particular imperfection has been clearly disclosed before purchase, that disclosed characteristic will not normally constitute a fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights if there is another undisclosed fault or the goods are otherwise not as described or of satisfactory quality.
18. Event Tickets
Suteki Stickers may sell tickets for in-person events.
Event tickets relate to a particular event on a particular date and different cancellation rules can apply to them from ordinary goods purchased online.
Unless otherwise stated on the event listing, tickets are non-refundable where you simply change your mind or can no longer attend, subject always to your legal rights.
If you can no longer attend, a ticket may be transferable to another attendee, but you must notify me of the replacement attendee because accurate attendee information is required for the event.
You are responsible for finding a replacement attendee. Suteki Stickers does not guarantee a waiting list or resale service.
Where appropriate, I may be able to facilitate a transfer by arranging for the replacement attendee to purchase a ticket directly before refunding the original ticket holder.
Event-specific information — including the venue, accessibility arrangements, dietary information, attendee requirements, payment arrangements and any additional event conditions — will be provided on or in connection with the relevant event.

If an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, affected ticket holders will be contacted with information about the options available to them.
Minor changes that do not fundamentally alter the event, such as changes to vendors, activities, running order or substituted event-pack items, will not normally entitle an attendee to a refund.
19. Website Availability
I aim to keep the Suteki Stickers website available and working correctly, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, Shopify or third-party service issues, or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
If the website is unavailable and you need help with something time-sensitive, particularly an existing subscription, you can email hello@sutekistickers.com.
I will do my best to assist where reasonably possible, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make a change where the systems required to do so are themselves unavailable.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content created for the Suteki Stickers website — including original text, graphics, photographs, branding and other original content — belongs to Suteki Stickers or is used with permission.
You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial shopping and browsing purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit Suteki Stickers' original website content without permission.
Some products sold by Suteki Stickers feature artwork, characters, brands or other intellectual property belonging to third parties and are sold under the appropriate supplier or licensing arrangements.
Ownership of that intellectual property remains with its respective rights holder.
21. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not deliberately misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
This includes attempting to introduce malicious code, gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, commit fraud, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
I may restrict access, cancel affected orders or take other reasonable action where I reasonably believe the website, payment system or ordering process is being abused or used fraudulently.
22. Third-party Services & Links
The website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment providers, Shopify, delivery providers and other external websites or services.
Where you choose to use a third-party website or service, that provider may have its own terms and privacy practices.
I am not responsible for the content or operation of unrelated third-party websites merely because the Suteki Stickers website contains a link to them.
This does not limit any responsibility Suteki Stickers has for third parties used to perform my obligations to you where the law makes me responsible for them.
23. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Suteki Stickers Privacy Policy.
This includes information supplied when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to communications or otherwise interact with the store.
24. Circumstances Outside My Reasonable Control
Occasionally, circumstances outside my reasonable control may affect my ability to fulfil an order or provide a service within the expected timeframe.
Examples could include serious carrier disruption, supplier or manufacturing disruption, widespread technical failures, extreme weather or other exceptional events.
Where this happens, I will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect on customers and communicate significant delays or changes where appropriate.
This clause does not remove any cancellation, refund, delivery or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
25. Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law.
Suteki Stickers is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of failing to comply with these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill where required.
I am not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, except where the law provides otherwise.
Products sold to consumers are intended primarily for personal use. I am not responsible for business losses such as loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity arising from a consumer purchase, except where the law says otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
26. Your Statutory Rights
These Terms are intended to explain how Suteki Stickers operates. They do not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Goods supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, your statutory right takes priority.
27. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to the business, website, products, services or applicable law.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
Changes will apply to future use of the website and future purchases as appropriate.
I will not use a later change to these Terms to remove contractual rights that have already arisen from an existing purchase.
28. If Part of These Terms Cannot Be Enforced
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
29. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and purchases made through Suteki Stickers are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right you have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Additional terms or important information may also be displayed on individual product, subscription or event pages where they are relevant to that purchase.
