Shipping and processing
We aim to get your happy mail out to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Below you’ll find all the details about how we process and ship your orders.
Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods or special launches, processing may take a little longer, but we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.
UK Shipping Rates
We offer two Royal Mail Tracked options at checkout:

Tracked 48 – £3.50
(Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch) -
Tracked 24 – £4.50
(Delivery aim: 1–2 working days after dispatch)
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship internationally to the United States:

Tracked Shipping to the US – £16
(Delivery aim: approx. 6–10 working days after dispatch, depending on customs and local services)

Pre-Orders
If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will be held until everything is ready to ship together. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are provided in the product description — please read carefully before placing your order. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to the schedule provided at the time of sign-up. If you ever have questions about your subscription or shipping dates, please refer the subscription page or check our FAQ page.
