Updates to Our FAQ Page & Policy Changes

Posted by Amy Marson on

At Suteki Stickers, we’re always working to improve your shopping experience, ensuring it’s as smooth and straightforward as possible. With that in mind, we’ve recently updated our FAQ page to reflect some important changes and provide clearer guidance on common queries.

One of the most significant updates is that we will no longer be offering the option to merge orders. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but it has become necessary to avoid complications that have arisen in the past. While merging orders may seem convenient, it has unfortunately caused issues behind the scenes, including delays and refund processing challenges.

What does this mean for you?
If you’ve placed an order but decide you’d like to add more items, there are a couple of options:

  1. You can contact us to request an addition to your order. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee we will see and action the request straight away, especially during busy periods.
  2. Alternatively, I’m happy to cancel your original order so you can place a new one. Keep in mind that during popular releases, we cannot guarantee that items will still be in stock when you re-place your order.

I encourage everyone to check out the updated FAQ page for full details on our policies and answers to common questions. It’s always my goal to be as transparent and helpful as possible, so I hope these updates will make things clearer for you.

Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding as we make these changes. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out—I’m always here to help!
