A little look back

One spooky-cute day, 60 planner lovers

What started as a little idea became our first large-scale planner event. On Sunday 26th October 2025, 65 planner lovers gathered at Dudley Golf Club for a day of creativity, journalling, shopping and spooky fun.

There were handmade books to bind, creepy bubble teas to sample, independent shops to explore, trick-or-treat goodies to collect and plenty of time to sit together and create.

This page is a scrapbook of the day — filled with photos, memories and little moments from an event that will always hold a special place in my heart.

The Creepy Bubble Tea Station

One of the most popular stops of the day was the Creepy Bubble Tea Station. Guests became potion masters for the afternoon, mixing fruity brews with spooky ingredients, popping boba and colourful mix ins.

Inspired by the potion logs in the event workbook, everyone could create their own magical recipes and record their favourite combinations.

From Vampire's Kiss and Toxic Apple Elixir to Goblin Eyes, Phantom Orbs and Fang Bubbles, every ingredient had its own spooky personality.
