TheCoffeeMonsterzCo Snail Mail is a quarterly stationery subscription featuring original designs by Helen from TheCoffeeMonsterzCo, curated and fulfilled by Suteki Stickers.
Each delivery is designed to feel like a small moment of happy post — carefully put together, thoughtfully packed, and sent with plenty of love for planners, journalers, and long-time TCMC fans.
This subscription follows TheCoffeeMonsterzCo’s current quarterly format, with one Snail Mail delivery per quarter. Contents are designed and created by Helen and may include items such as sticker sheets, vinyl stickers, paper goods, and other stationery delights.

What TCMC subscription is available from 2026?
From 2026, Suteki Stickers offers one TCMC subscription:
Each delivery may include items such as:
- Sticker sheets
- A vinyl sticker
- An illustrated card or paper good
£15 per quarter + shipping.
Contents vary by release and are designed by Helen for each Snail Mail.
I was on Pen Pals — what happens to my subscription?
If you previously had a Pen Pal subscription, it has been automatically converted to Snail Mail.
- If you’re happy to continue, no action is needed
- If you’d prefer not to continue, you can cancel via your account before the next billing date
I was on Washi Wizard — what happens now?
Washi Wizard will not continue as a subscription into 2026.
- Washi Wizard subscriptions do not automatically convert to Snail Mail
- Your Washi Wizard subscription will end unless you’ve asked for it to move over
This does not affect standalone washi tape releases, which will still be available in the shop when released.
When do sign-ups open?
New Snail Mail slots open on the 1st of the release month
(February • May • August • November)
Availability is limited for each quarter.
When will I be charged?
- Your first payment is taken at sign-up
- Future payments are taken at the end of the month before the next release
This secures your place ahead of packing and dispatch.
When will my Snail Mail ship?
Snail Mail ships quarterly.
Each release is dispatched between the 5th and 15th following sign-ups.
Exact dates vary slightly and are always shared in advance.
Do I need to sign up for the End of Year Washi Bundle?
No — there is no separate sign-up.
When the End of Year Washi Bundle is released:
- Active subscribers receive early access (one per subscription)
- A general release may follow if stock allows
Details are shared closer to release.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account before the next billing date.
