A Little Winter Shipping Note

A Little Winter Shipping Note

Posted by Amy Marson on

As the evenings grow frosty and the fairy lights begin to twinkle, our little Suteki workspace is buzzing like a friendly Christmas elf workshop. This is one of our favourite times of the year — wrapping orders, popping in festive extras, and imagining all the planner guys and gals opening their happy mail with a smile.

We do our very best to ship your goodies as quickly as we can, and you’ll always find our up-to-date Christmas posting dates right on the home page. If you're planning presents, stocking stuffers, or a little treat for yourself (because you absolutely deserve it), that list is the best place to peek first.

🎁 A Quick Word About Seasonal Delays

This time of year can be a bit of a whirlwind for the postal system. Royal Mail is doing its best too, but occasionally parcels don’t get scanned when they should, or things take an unexpected detour on their festive journey. It’s frustrating — we know — and we’re right there with you keeping an eye on things.

We’re always happy to help wherever we can, but there’s a little rule we must follow:
We’re unable to chase missing parcels until 14 days (or 10 working days) after the estimated delivery date.
This gives Royal Mail time to catch up, sort their mountain of seasonal mail, and often your parcel appears safe and sound in that window.

So if you drop us an email during the rush, please bear this in mind — we promise we’re not ignoring you! We just need to wait out the required timeframe before we can officially chase things up.

🌟 Thank You for Being Wonderful

Your patience, kindness, and support mean the world to our tiny business during this busy season. Truly. Every order, every message, every little moment of excitement you share keeps our cosy corner glowing all winter long.

Wishing you warmth, joy, and beautifully organised days ahead,
