Sunday just gone (the 26th) was our Spooky Planner Meet, and wow — what a day it was! We had around 60 planner people join us at Dudley Golf Course for a day full of planning, chatting, shopping, and a little spooky fun.
The vibe was relaxed, cosy, and delightfully spooky as everyone settled in, caught up with old friends, and made some new ones too. Our amazing vendor line-up included The Grumpy Tortoise, Handdrawn By Maddie, Lellybean Studio, Cute Stickers Only, Weeze & Co, Scribbles By Starlight, Cressida Rose Planners, and DD Practical Leathercraft - all of whom did such a fantastic job setting up beautiful displays despite the morning’s chaos and the not-so-fun task of carrying everything upstairs!
One of my favourite moments of the day was watching everyone make their little books. At first, it seemed a bit daunting, but after a few tips and some encouragement, everyone started to get the hang of it - and the look of happiness when people realised how easy it actually was was just the best! Seeing everyone so proud of what they made truly made my day.
Handing out the awards was another highlight (even if I found the photos awkward, haha). The whole day had such a lovely, laid-back atmosphere - people were chatting, laughing, planning, and just enjoying being together.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, to all the shops for your effort and creativity, and to the people who helped make the event possible after our slightly disastrous start to the morning!

🧡 And finally, a big thank you to Mina, my amazing assistant. She ran my tiny, slightly unprepared stall, kept the zombie pull and raffle going, and somehow managed to do it all with a smile on her face (and a good dose of cheekiness too).
It was such a wonderful day, and I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. I can’t wait to do it all again next year!
We do have a small issue at the moment - some of the stock was accidentally taken to storage (aka Mark’s house!) so I won’t be able to retrieve it until the weekend. I’m so sorry for the slight delay in shipping while I unpack, recover, and juggle things with my four-year-old during the holidays. Thank you all for your patience!
