If you can no longer attend, or if you missed out and are hoping to snag a ticket, read on for what to do next.
❗ Can’t Attend Anymore?
We know life happens! If you can no longer make it, there are two options:
- You can find someone to take your ticket yourself (via swap groups, friends, etc.)
- You can contact us to rehome your ticket via the official waitlist
Tickets must not be sold above face value.
📝 Join the Waitlist
If you missed out and are still hoping to attend, join our official waitlist here:
We’ll only use this list if someone reaches out asking us to help rehome their ticket. When that happens, we’ll contact the next person on the waitlist and provide a special link to purchase the ticket directly from our website. Once the new attendee has completed the purchase, we’ll issue a refund to the original buyer.
🔁 If You’re Arranging a Ticket Transfer Yourself
If you're selling or gifting your ticket outside of the waitlist, please follow these steps:
- Find your buyer or arrange the swap yourself
- Make sure the ticket is transferred at face value or less
- Both the original ticket holder and the new attendee must email us at hello@sutekistickers.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Original ticket holder’s full name and email address
- New attendee’s full name and email address
- Number of tickets being transferred
This helps us keep the guest list accurate and ensures everyone gets any important info leading up to the event.
