From 2026, Suteki Stickers will be offering one TCMC subscription option only:

TCMC Snail Mail – a quarterly stationery subscription including:

• 4–5 sticker sheets
  
• 1 vinyl sticker
  
• 1 illustrated card
  

£15 per quarter + shipping.

If you previously had a Pen Pal subscription, it is being automatically converted to Snail Mail.

If you’re happy to continue with Snail Mail, there’s nothing you need to do.

If you’d prefer not to continue, you can cancel your subscription via your account before the next billing date.

Washi Wizard will not be continuing as a subscription into 2026.

• Your Washi Wizard subscription will automatically cancel unless you let me know you’d like it to move over to Snail Mail.
  
• Washi Wizard does not automatically convert to Snail Mail — you must opt in if you’d like to continue.
  

This does not affect your ability to buy washi tape in general. Standalone washi releases and one-off bundles will still be available in the shop when released.

Each subscription is treated separately.

For example:

• Pen Pal → automatically moves to Snail Mail
  
• Washi Wizard → will end unless you ask for it to move to Snail Mail
  

Please make sure you follow the instructions for each subscription, depending on what you’d like to keep or cancel.

At the time the End of Year Washi Bundle is released:

• Customers with an active subscription will receive early access (one per subscription)
  
• A general release will follow if stock or preorder slots allow
  

I am currently looking into whether early access can be offered to Washi Wizard customers as a one-off, but nothing is confirmed at this time.

Automated emails are sent when subscriptions are updated (for example, when Pen Pals move to Snail Mail). If the change matches what’s outlined above, nothing has gone wrong.
