Billing dates vary depending on the subscription. You can find the specific billing schedule on each subscription’s product page. Make sure to check the details before signing up.

You can update your subscription payment method depending on how you originally paid:

If you paid with a debit or credit card (not Shop Pay):
  1. "Manage Subscriptions" to open your subscription portal.
  2. active subscription.
  3. "Update Payment Method".
  4. Save.
If you used Shop Pay at checkout:

Your payment method is managed through Shop Pay, not our site directly.

  1. shop.app and log in with the same email you used for your order.
  2. Wallet.
  3. "Edit" or "Add Card".

Your subscription will automatically use the updated default card.

💡 Tip: If you're unsure which method you used, check your original subscription confirmation email — it often shows whether Shop Pay was selected at checkout.

How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?

If you've moved or need your subscription sent to a different address, here's how to update it:

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Go to "Manage Subscriptions" in your account dashboard.
  3. Select the subscription you'd like to update.
  4. Find your shipping address and click “Edit” or “Change.”
  5. Enter your new address and save the changes.

Note: If you're unable to update your address or don’t see the option, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help!

At the moment, we don’t offer a skip option. If you need a break, the best option is to cancel before your next billing date and resubscribe when you're ready.

We understand that life gets busy, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on recurring payments. Refunds are only available on the initial payment if requested before the order is packed or shipped.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Just make sure to do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming payment.
