As part of our subscription changes for 2026, I’ve now started moving existing TCMC Pen Pal subscriptions over to the new Snail Mail subscription.
I wanted to share a clear update on what this means, what’s happening behind the scenes, and what (if anything) you need to do.
Why is this change happening?
For 2026, The Coffee Monsterz Co. is simplifying their subscription offerings, and Suteki Stickers is doing the same.
Rather than running multiple overlapping subscription types, we’ll be offering one clear option going forward:
TCMC Snail Mail – a quarterly stationery subscription.
This change is all about keeping things simpler, clearer, and more sustainable long-term.
What is happening now?
If you currently have a TCMC Pen Pal subscription, you may notice that it is being updated to TCMC Snail Mail in your account.
This is an automatic conversion and is expected — nothing has gone wrong.
What does TCMC Snail Mail include?
Each quarterly Snail Mail delivery includes:

4–5 sticker sheets

1 vinyl sticker
-
1 illustrated card
£15 per quarter + shipping
If you currently have a Washi Wizard subscription
Washi Wizard will not be continuing as a subscription option into 2026.
If you currently have a Washi Wizard subscription, here’s what to expect:

Your Washi Wizard subscription will come to an end

It will not automatically convert into Snail Mail

If you would like to move over to the TCMC Snail Mail quarterly subscription, you’ll need to opt in via email to hello@sutekistickers.com (as outlined in the email sent at the end of December)
If we don’t hear from you by the stated deadline, your Washi Wizard subscription will be cancelled. Any future sign-up to Snail Mail would then need to be during general release, subject to availability.
Please note:
This does not affect your ability to purchase washi tape in general. Standalone washi releases and one-off washi bundles will still be available to purchase through the shop when they’re released.
What if I have more than one TCMC subscription?
Some customers currently have more than one TCMC subscription (for example, Pen Pal and Washi Wizard).
Each subscription is treated separately, so please make sure you follow the instructions for each one, depending on what you’d like to keep or cancel.
Do I need to do anything?

Happy to continue with Snail Mail?
No action needed for Pen Pal subscribers — your subscription will continue as Snail Mail. -
Don’t wish to continue into 2026?
You can cancel your subscription via your account before the next billing date.
