We’re currently very much under a blanket of snow here, and while it looks rather magical, it has unfortunately caused a bit of disruption behind the scenes.
Our post has not been collected for the last two days due to the weather conditions. As a small business, we rely on regular collections, so when they don’t happen there isn’t much we can do other than wait it out (and keep the kettle topped up!).
Please rest assured that your orders are safe, packed, and waiting, and we will get everything out to you as soon as collections resume. Once things start moving again, we’ll be working through orders as quickly as possible to get them on their way.
Because of the knock-on effect of the weather, some delivery delays may also occur, even after parcels are collected. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while the snowy chaos settles down.
