International Shipping Update

I’ve got some exciting news to share — shipping outside of the UK is now open 🎉

At the moment, this does not include the EU, but we are now shipping to the United States and selected non-EU international destinations.

We’re starting small and steady, but this is something I’ve been working towards for a while, and I’m really happy to finally have it live.

More brands will be added gradually throughout January, February, and March, once I’ve worked through the logistics, shipping rules, and costs for each one. Taking a phased approach helps make sure everything runs smoothly — for you and for me. Any new brands added will be fully ready for international shipping going forwards.

📦 Important Shipping Information (Please Read)

Before placing an international (non-UK) order, please note:

• For United States orders: shipping prices include an estimated customs and tariff buffer due to current US import regulations. This helps reduce the chance of surprise charges being applied on delivery.

• For all other international destinations: customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, customs issues, or refused delivery:

• The items will be refunded

• Original postage costs will not be refunded

• Any fines or fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund

I know customs can be frustrating, so I want to be as upfront and transparent as possible 💛
