Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or paying a deposit for The Curious Planner Meet, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Tickets & Payments

All tickets are sold subject to availability.

Tickets may be purchased in full or, where available, using the advertised deposit payment-plan option.

The payment plan consists of an initial £13 deposit followed by four recurring monthly payments of £13, bringing the total ticket price to £65.

Around one month after paying your deposit, you will receive an email inviting you to set up your recurring payments. The first recurring payment is taken when the plan is set up, followed by three further monthly payments on the same date.

By choosing the payment plan, you are committing to complete all scheduled payments. If payments remain outstanding and the plan is not brought back up to date, your place may ultimately be cancelled.

If a payment fails, the payment system will retry it automatically. I will not manually retry a payment because this could result in a duplicate charge.

If you receive an email saying the payment plan has been cancelled, please contact me so I can help get it back on track.

If you would like to change your recurring payment date or pay your remaining balance early, please email hello@sutekistickers.com.

If tickets are still available, the deposit payment-plan option will remain available until 27 September 2026. This allows all scheduled payments to be completed before the event.

Refunds & Attendee Cancellations

The Curious Planner Meet is a leisure event taking place on a specific date. The usual 14-day cancellation period for online purchases does not apply to this ticket.

If you change your mind, are no longer able to attend or do not attend the event, deposits and ticket payments are normally non-refundable. Event planning, venue commitments, supplies and other advance costs begin well before the event takes place.

Any cancellation request will be considered fairly, taking into account the timing of the cancellation, the costs and losses already incurred and whether your place can reasonably be transferred.

If you have found someone who would like to take over your place or remaining payment plan, please email hello@sutekistickers.com as soon as possible with their full name and email address.

Finding a replacement attendee is the responsibility of the original ticket holder. I am happy to transfer the booking, but I am unable to advertise or resell the place on your behalf.

All transfers must be approved and processed by me so the booking, dietary information, accessibility requirements and attendee details can be updated correctly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Event Changes

I will always do my best to deliver The Curious Planner Meet as advertised. However, individual activities, workshops, vendors, timings and other details may occasionally need to change because of availability or circumstances outside my control.

Reasonable changes that do not materially alter the overall nature or value of the event will not normally entitle attendees to a refund.

If a significant change is made to the date, venue or overall event experience, attendees will be contacted as soon as possible and will be given the choice of accepting the revised arrangements or receiving a full refund of the ticket payments made.

Cancellation or Postponement by the Organiser

In the very unlikely event that I cancel The Curious Planner Meet, everyone who purchased a ticket or paid towards a payment plan will receive a full refund of all ticket payments made.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible. Attendees will be contacted using the email address provided with their booking.

If the event is postponed or moved to a different date, you will be offered the choice of transferring your ticket to the replacement date or receiving a full refund of all ticket payments made.

Refunds relate to the ticket payments made directly to Suteki Stickers or Suteki Meets. I cannot reimburse separate costs booked with other businesses, such as travel or accommodation, unless required by law.

Attendees are encouraged to use flexible or refundable travel and accommodation options where possible.

Attendee, Accessibility & Dietary Information

After purchasing a ticket or paying a deposit, you will automatically receive a welcome email containing a link to the attendee form.

Please complete the form at your earliest convenience. It asks for information including dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs and other important attendee details.

A separate form must be completed for each person attending.

I will do my best to accommodate requirements that are communicated in time. If the form is not completed by any stated deadline, I may be unable to guarantee that late dietary or accessibility requests can be arranged.

Behaviour & Respect

The Curious Planner Meet is intended to be a welcoming, inclusive and friendly environment.

Attendees must behave respectfully towards other attendees, vendors, hotel staff and event organisers.

I reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone whose behaviour is seriously disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or inappropriate, or who refuses to follow reasonable event or venue instructions.

Where an attendee is removed because of their own behaviour, a refund will not normally be provided.

Belongings & Participation

Attendees will have an allocated table seat, but there is no supervised cloakroom or secure storage area.

Personal belongings are brought to and left at the event at the attendee’s own risk. Please keep valuables with you.

Workshops, games and activities are optional unless clearly stated otherwise. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Photography & Shared Event Images

Photographs and video may be captured during the event by the organiser, attendees and any appointed event photographer.

Attendees may also be given access to the Scene digital disposable-camera experience, allowing photographs from the day to be collected and shared with attendees after the event.

Some organiser photographs or videos may be used for Suteki Meets or Suteki Stickers social media, websites and future event promotion.

If you have concerns about appearing in organiser photography, please state this on your attendee form or contact me before the event.

I will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request, although I cannot guarantee control over photographs taken independently by other attendees.
