🚚 Shipping Information
We aim to get your happy mail out to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Below you’ll find all the details on how we process and ship your orders.
⏳ Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During busy periods or special launches, processing may take a little longer — but we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.
🇬🇧 UK Shipping Rates
We offer two Royal Mail Tracked options at checkout:
Tracked 48 – £3.60
Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Tracked 24 – £4.60
Delivery aim: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
🌍 International Shipping
We’re slowly reopening international shipping and are so happy to be sending happy mail overseas again 💌
At the moment, we ship to the following destinations:
Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United States of America
We’ll continue to review and expand our international shipping options over time. If your country isn’t listed yet and you’d like us to look into it, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to review requests on an ad-hoc basis.
🌱 Brand availability for international orders
As we reopen international shipping, brands are being made available one at a time while we work through customs classifications, shipping requirements, and compliance checks.
This means not all products may be available to international shoppers just yet.

🇪🇺 Europe
At this time, we are not shipping to Europe.
Due to post-Brexit product health and safety regulations, some items we stock require an EU-based safety representative. As our current European sales don’t yet justify the ongoing cost and administration of this, we’ve temporarily paused shipping to EU destinations.
We hope to revisit this in the future as the business grows.
🚚 Shipping Costs
International shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
For United States orders, shipping prices include an estimated customs and tariff buffer due to current US import regulations. This helps reduce the chance of unexpected charges being applied on delivery.
In the unlikely event that there is a significant error in the shipping charge applied to an order, we may contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. This is rare, but helps ensure postage costs remain fair for everyone.
Delivery times for international orders may vary by destination and are provided as estimates only.
🌐 Customs & Duties
Customs rules vary by country and are outside of our control.

For US orders: shipping prices include an estimated customs and tariff buffer to help avoid surprise charges on delivery.

For all other international destinations: import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer and may be payable before delivery.
We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order so there are no surprises.
📦 Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until everything is ready to ship together.
Estimated dispatch times for pre-orders are listed on each product page, so please read carefully before placing your order.
If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
💌 Subscriptions
Subscription orders are processed and shipped based on the schedule provided at sign-up.
