Hello planner friends,
I wanted to be open with you all about something that’s happened with our subscriptions this quarter – and, if I’m honest, I think it may have happened last quarter too.
Unfortunately, our TCMC Pen Pals subscriptions oversold by 10 spots this time. I believe I’ve figured out why, and I’m already looking at ways to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Luckily, I never list all of the available subscriptions at once, which meant I was able to absorb a few of those oversold places myself. That said, I still needed to contact 6 lovely customers today to let them know and talk through some options. I know this is really disappointing news – not just for me, but especially for those affected – and I’m so, so sorry for the frustration it’s caused.
How We’re Fixing It
I’m currently exploring two possible solutions to prevent overselling in the future. Once I’ve decided which route is best, I’ll email all current subscribers with the details so you’ll know exactly what’s changing and why.
