Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so easily through the link provided in your order confirmation email. You can manage your subscription from there.

Please note:

  • The first payment on a new subscription can be cancelled and refunded if you contact us before your order is processed.

  • Subsequent payments are non-refundable once they have been charged, as these trigger preparation of your next delivery.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing an item that is not yet in stock but will be available soon. Payment is taken in full at checkout, and your order will be shipped once the item arrives and is ready for dispatch.

Please consider your purchase carefully before placing a pre-order, as cancellations can significantly impact small businesses like ours.

If you need to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still be eligible for a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
