We’ve got some updates for you on your TCMC subscription! We’re making a few tweaks to improve the timing of your subscription charges, all in line with Helen’s plans, to make sure you’re not waiting long after payments to receive your goodies!
WHAT'S CHANGING?
Starting next year, the TCMC subscription payment dates will shift to better match our shipping schedule. We’re adjusting the January 31 charge date early to make sure everyone is aligned before the next billing cycle New payment dates will be as follows:
January 31
April 30
July 31
October 31
These dates keep things smooth and ensure your TCMC kits arrive closer to when you’re charged!
WHEN DOES THIS START?
To prepare, we're updating everyone's subscription settings over the next day to line up with these new dates. Don’t worry—you won’t need to lift a finger.
