Where are the event details?

The Spooky Planner Meet is happening at Dudley Golf Course on October 26th, 2025!

Doors open at 10 AM, and we’ll wrap up around 5:30 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is free parking at the venue.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be available from April 6th at 7PM on our website. Be quick—spaces are limited!

What is included with my ticket?

Get ready for a day packed with spooky fun, planner friends, and creativity! Here’s what’s in store:

A Trick-or-Treat Bag – Think of it as a goodie bag, but with a spooky twist! 👻

Workshops with Materials Provided – We’ve got everything you need! We may ask you to bring a couple of things from home to personalize your experience, but don’t worry—the full list will be shared closer to the event. 🖊️📖

A Delicious, Warming Lunch – We’ll make sure everyone is catered for, including any allergies or dietary needs (a form will be sent out before the event to gather this info).

A Snack Table – Treats and nibbles will be available all day, because spooky fun requires fuel!

Unlimited Tea & Coffee – Keep those creative juices flowing with as much tea and coffee as you like, all day long!

It’s going to be a hauntingly good time, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Can I take photos?

Feel free to snap as many photos as you like during the event! 📸 We’ll also have a photographer capturing all the spooky fun throughout the day. After the event, we’ll share the photos, and you’re welcome to use them too. Don’t forget to tag us @sutekimeets so we can see and share your amazing moments!

What if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend after purchasing a ticket, unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, once tickets sell out, we’ll be happy to host a waitlist for anyone looking to sell their ticket to someone else.

Is the event accessible?

The event is located up a flight of stairs, and currently, the chairlift is not working. We have been advised that it may be fixed before the event, but for now, we would recommend that the event may not be accessible for those who are unable to go up a flight of stairs.

Please also note that the toilets are located downstairs. We encourage you to keep this in mind before ordering a ticket.

In case of an emergency, we do have an evac chair and a fully trained member of staff on-site to assist. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns regarding accessibility.
